We want you to have the best possible visit to McArthur Glen Troyes so we have provided a wide range of facilities including:
Free parking for 2,000 cars
Disabled Facilities
Our centre has been designed with our disabled guests in mind and is accessible to wheelchairs (if you need a wheelchair please visit our Reception Centre who will be happy to provide one free of charge). We also of course have fully equipped disabled toilets. If at anytime you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to call on the help of our customer service advisors.
Babies and young children
And we haven't forgotten our younger visitors. On site you can find strollers, bottle warmers and nappies. We also have parent and baby rooms, giving you some privacy and quiet for changing or feeding. One of our customer service advisors will be happy to help or direct you.
We also have a safe and fun outside playground, so the more active little ones can burn off some energy, while you take a rest from enjoying the shops.

There is an ATM near the Calvin Klein Underwear outlet.
Gift Certificates – Share the Joy!
5€, 10 € or 15 € gift certificates are available at the reception centre. Why not get one during your visit so your friends and family can enjoy world-class brands at big discounts?
The vouchers are valid for 6 months in all shops of the centre. For more information, visit the reception centre.
VAT refund
If you are eligible, you can also enjoy tax-free shopping. When you have finished shopping come to the reception centre with your receipts and your passport, then we will issue you with vouchers for a tax refund.
Terms
To be eligible you must:
- Be resident outside the EU
- Be over 15 years
- Have purchased a minimum of €175.01 in the same store on the same day. Several tax refund vouchers can be issued when the minimum is reached
The refund will be made:
- In cash at the airport
- By credit card
- By bank transfer (if GDI)
- Immediate refund in cash
We can also organise immediate repayment in cash at home, without waiting for your visit to the airport. Ask at the Reception Centre to check that you meet all the conditions.
Information
Our customer service team at the Reception Centre are on hand to answer any queries you might have. We also have a customer lounge with TV and newspapers, telephone a mailbox and tourist information on Troyes.
